Daily quest screen — **Daily Quest** **데일리 퀘스트** Today's single quest with time left, target reps and time limit. Each day closes at 2 a.m. 오늘의 퀘스트 하나와 남은 시간, 목표 횟수와 제한 시간. 하루는 새벽 2시에 닫힙니다.

Choosing a quest from the quest pool — **Quest Pool** **퀘스트 풀** Push-ups, squats, plank, focus timer, walking, reading. Everyone starts at difficulty 1 — clear five and a Promotion Potion drops. 팔굽혀펴기·스쿼트·플랭크·집중 타이머·걷기·독서. 난이도 1에서 시작해 다섯 번 클리어하면 승급 물약이 나옵니다.

Profile 프로필 Five stats — STR, VIT, SEN, INT, WIS — and your level. As stats rise, titles and weapons unlock. STR·VIT·SEN·INT·WIS 다섯 스탯과 레벨. 스탯이 오르면 칭호와 무기가 해금됩니다.

Workouts are checked by camera, walks and outdoor runs by step count and GPS, and reading and focus time each in their own way.

운동은 카메라로, 걷기와 야외 달리기는 걸음 수와 GPS로, 독서와 집중 시간은 각자의 방식으로 확인합니다.

Progress that adds up 쌓이는 기록

Clears become stats, and stats become levels and titles. Break your streak and you lose a life.
